Typical production is 30–45 days after artwork approval. Samples can ship in 72 hours from our U.S. warehouse (when available).

Yes. We offer free standard samples (shipping applies) and custom printed pre-production samples for validation before mass run.

T/T — 40% deposit and 60% balance before shipment. Flexible terms may be available for long-term partners.

Manufacturing is through our certified facility in China. Quality control and account management are handled by our U.S. team in Indiana. We ship via FOB Shenzhen, CIF, or DDP as needed.

Yes. Tinplate and stainless steel are 100% recyclable and reusable. Eco-coatings and plastic-free inserts are available on request.

If any units are damaged in transit, we’ll replace or credit after verification. Our export packaging is designed to minimize risk.
